Justin R. Cockrell

Mr. Cockrell joined Miller, Balis & O’Neil, P.C. as an associate in September 2007.  He represents clients in both the electric and natural gas industries, primarily in matters before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. 

Mr. Cockrell is a graduate of the George Washington University Law School (J.D., with honors, 2007) and Boston University (B.A., magna cum laude, 2002). While in law school, he served as a member of the George Washington University Mock Trial Board and as a law clerk with the US Department of Justice, Environmental Enforcement Section.

Mr. Cockrell is from Portland, Oregon, and currently resides in Arlington, VA.
